The reason I give it a four instead of a five is because sometimes it is a little disorganized and the neighborhood it is in is not really my cup of tea. There are bars on the windows so that should indicate to you the type of area it is located in. But I will say that I have never had a problem or negative interaction with the people in the area.However, with that being said you can find Jordan , Nike ,Sean John and all of the other popular hip-hop clothes for a discounted price and I am all about saving money on clothes for my son who will not stop growing. I would compare citi trends to something like a Ross or TJ Maxx with a focus on Urban, hip-hop, and streetwear.
