  Didn't hire me like the Manager said I went to 3 interviews two different stores I'm not satisfied at all I could of been looking for other jobs but it's cool God gone bless me with some thing. Amen and be blessed because that was so wrong I paid gas money and every thing and the lady and the male manager said I had the job and I never got to start I was and still is pissed but thanks never get my service again. Byeeeeeeee!!!!!

  I went into the store a bit late, but on a mission to find just some sort of loosely-fitted, cute t-shirt. I usually wear about M to L shirts. From the time I came in, at about 9:30pm, it took me all of the last 30 mins the store was op pen to be able to find what I was looking for and even asking for help locations anything similar was made to seem like a burden, making me feel a lot like they just wanted me out so they could go home. So, instead of buying that,I ended up buying 2 things from their clearance rack instead. Overall, I felt quite unappreciated as a customer due to the employees' very apparent desire to go home.

  It’s Saturday, The store hours suppose to be 10am to 9pm. Time have passed no one is here to open the store or answer the phone

  I recently visited the Citi Trends store on University Avenue in Little Rock and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the store was impeccably clean and well-organized. Maurice, the store manager, greeted me promptly and inquired about what I was looking for. His assistance was invaluable, helping me find exactly what I needed with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. Kia was equally professional and courteous, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment. It's evident that Maurice and Kia take pride in their work, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported. Their professionalism and the store's cleanliness exceeded my expectations, especially considering past experiences at other locations. This visit has certainly set a new standard for me, and I look forward to returning in the future.
