You need to get some young students or some younger people or even college students. I shouldn't have to stand in line for so long to check out. This is a slow Citi trends

- THTykeria HarrisonDec 5, 20231.0I arrived at 7:40pm. When I walked in, I asked what time do they close. They told me 9, so I proceeded to shop.I came in to buy some clothing. I asked about dressing rooms. They informed me that the dressing rooms are no longer available. But they do take returns and exchanges. I checked out at 8:30. Went to the car to try on, could not fit one item. I went to return the items at 8:32. The doors were locked and the store employee just looked at me. I went to the car to verify time and to call the store. I called 3 times and no one answered. They knew I just had left out of the store, but couldn't even tell me that they closed early. Terrible customer service. I will be returning items as soon as possible.
