  Y’all have an employee here with pink hair in a mohawk style cut who is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been a retail manager for the last nine years and I greatly appreciate the outstanding service! Sadly, after spending close to $200 in your establishment two days ago, I was stopped at the door 30 minutes before close last night and when I asked if I could do a return for just one item, their coworker said “nah i aint doin all that right now.” I replied “OK, I’ll just leave a review” and the other coworker decided to yell at me through the store all the way back to my car. This is my favorite clothing store and I live three minutes away from this location, as of last week, so I will be shopping here a lot more often and I do not appreciate being treated in that manner. But as i said, I’ve been working in retail for well over 10 years and a manager for 9. I know, for a fact, I treat retail workers with kindness and respect and I deserve that in return. I shop here frequently. I bring my sisters for their prom and homecoming shopping. I bring them both for school shopping every year and shoe shopping. Any formal event, if I have any dates, this is the first establishment I go to, and I tend to spend hundreds of dollars when I walk through the door. I have never had issues like this at any other locations. I really hope that this issue is addressed and all of your future customers are treated with the kindness and respect they deserve😊
