  Store always a mess, all the managers are unprofessional especially the blonde hair lady. They just let one worker tun the cashier while the line is wrapped and they stand around doing nothing. Very much stereotype when certain people come in. Always standing around talking to some guy every time I come into the store. Always trouble finding layways. Can never keep workers

  I have been going to this store for DECADES…the New so called MANAGER is very UNPROFESSIONAL and Uneducated …I went to the store to do an exchange bc I bought the wrong size for my son and I was told I couldn’t bc I didn’t have the receipt which I thought it was in the bag….. I asked could I get store credit bc I had other items to purchase and my ID/card with me …and I was still told No .. I asked her where was that in the policy and she got angry and told me if I say anything else she was going to put me out and not allow me to purchase my other items bc I told her that’s not in the policy… She told me she didn’t care and I could call CORPORATE so I will be calling them tomorrow bc clearly in the policy I am allowed store CREDIT… Lastly, she should not be in management being unprofessional and rude to PAYING customers… They will lost a loyal customer but sadly it’s always in the BLACK community!

  Came to the store at 9:58. They let an employee in at 10:00am. But they said they are not open to the public yet. It is now 10:20. And the doors are just now open. We need to do better.
