Terrible customer service. We had clothes to check out and we couldn't purchase them. How do you turn down money. 0/10 don't recommend

One of the cleanest citi trends in the town. Ms. Lachell does a wonderful job greeting and assisting customers. She is a delight to come in see and do business with. Citi Trends should be happy to have her.

It was absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had. The store is ghetto and very unperfessional. I pulled up to the fire lane and as soon as I walk in your manager Meka stated that I needed to move my vehicle and I said ok. Because I didn't move she told your cashier not to serve me. I need for someone in corporate to contact me. I have tried to contact them several times and they will not return my phone call

If i could give no stars i would I had a disappointing experience at Citi Trends. When I came in, I found scrubs and a pair of nurse shoes I wanted to purchase. The woman at the front made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome right away. She was talking to someone who seemed to be a friend, not a customer, and didn’t acknowledge me with any customer service. When I brought the shoes to the register, she immediately questioned the price on the tag and said it wasn’t correct. She made me wait about 10 minutes while she called someone to confirm the price — which ended up being the same as listed, $7.99. The way she handled it made me feel like she was accusing me of changing the tag, which was very upsetting. Later, I called her GM to explain the situation. When I returned to the store to return the scrubs that didn’t fit, she confronted me about calling her manager. I denied it because I didn’t want to deal with any conflict. Because of this experience, I won’t be shopping at this location — or any Citi Trends store — again.
