  If i can give them a 0 i will bad customer service the people in there are rude in one day i came up there twice the second time i called to make sure they were open because they had people outside the website said open and when i called to make sure before i go they said they were open when i arrive there their closed again and say she has one staff so she closing early??? Like !? What why not say that when i call yall have people wasting their time and gas and on top of that they ignore people like they dont see them standing outside when we see them just ride and unprofessional and unorganized make sure to update yall times if yall are going to close three times a day .

  Haven't shopped there in a while. Gave it 5 stars because the store was a lot more organized than previous trips to the store. My daughter found some great deals and bargains on stuff that she likes. We enjoyed our shopping experience at Citi Trends today and the customer service was great. Didn't get greeted at the door this time but they took care of us once we were in the store.
