Helped me looked for items I didn't even know I needed. Well-mannered and soft spoken. Everytime he's there i always ask for him, really sweet young man. Need to hire more people like him because, alot of the other ladies that work there are rude and mean. Keep up the good work Russle. Sincerely, a 63yr lady.

The other staff seemed to realize that we didn't appreciate her less than professional demeanor and shared our concerns.
