Store is organized compared to other citi trends but Horrible customer service!! Didn’t speak, balled my clothes up & didn’t bother to remove security devices & got an attitude when I asked him to remove them. I Wont be spending another dollar at this location.

You can good/nice outfits at times in certain ones, especially for kids.... but they layaway policy Sucks! It's stupid, been to other places who've had layaway & it was Not like how theirs is setup. Even though you pay on your layaway & before last deadline date, they'll cancel the damn layaway & put items back on floor, guess you have to pay every 7 days or something, it's crazy.. it's different when a person haven't made a payment at all but you have & they still do a cancelation without notification, like why ask for person number?? The layaway policy needs to be looked into, just don't seem right.. make you not want to do it again. As long as the person pay, it should be ok at least til last payment date for them to get it out. Then not only that, when they give money back, it's on their store credit (card) to where you gotta spend it w/them 🤦‍♀️.. should be to where you get it how you paid for it- cash or your Own card.
