  The store was nice & clean & I found exactly what I was looking for, however the young lady at the counter with glasses on didn't acknowledge me at all like I was invisible. I bought 5 books even when she gave me my change she just stuffed it in my hands & didn't say thank you or anything. If we didn't come in here, you wouldn't have a job. Learn how to acknowledge customers & stop being rude

  They don't give refunds or exchanges after u just purchased an hour ago My business go where I can exchange or get a refund especially if I have the receipt. Mind u it was open when I bought it

  I would love this store if they actually ran by business hours. They open late and close 2-3 hours early unofficially on a regular basis. Staff be in there but they lock the doors and write a sign for the door. It’s literally so annoying! I can’t wait to call corporate Monday morning & inform them of this.
