  I’ve had positive experiences at this location in the past, especially when helped by a woman who I believe is the manager—she’s always been kind and helpful. However, today’s visit was very different and unfortunately left a negative impression. When I arrived, the music in the store was so loud that I had to raise my voice just to ask a question. The volume was overwhelming, almost to the point of shaking the walls. I asked the associate at the front—a man with locs—if the music could be turned down. He responded, “It is down,” and when I asked again if it could go lower, he said yes, but with clear attitude and no effort to actually help. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable shopping in an environment where customer concerns were dismissed so casually and rudely. I turned around and walked out without making a purchase. It’s disappointing, because I’ve genuinely enjoyed shopping here in the past. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no one should feel unwelcome or unheard in a retail space—especially over something as simple as music volume.

  I enjoyed the low prices, but most of all I loved the customer service. I will be going back.
