  John Wallace conducted a home inspection for my family with a very short notice request. Despite his busy schedule, he took on the task and was extremely thorough while reviewing the interior and exterior of the property. I probably asked him a hundred questions, yet he always gave me his full attention and provided clear answers in ways that I could fully comprehend. Additionally, John prepared a very detailed home inspection and termite report that greatly aided us in understanding the condition of the property. We really appreciate him going the extra mile to ensure we had all the facts to make an informed decision. John is a true professional and I highly recommend using his services.

  John came to inspect the house we are buying, and he was great!!! He was very thorough, and he explained everything so well! I showed up to the last 30 minutes of the inspection, and he walked me through the house to show me what he found. He also took the time to answer all my questions! His report was very thorough and included pictures, which was nice! He also got the report to us the same day, which was so helpful!! We will definitely use him again if we are buying in the area, and we would totally recommend Citadel to anyone in the area!!
