Brought a 50” tv in to fix as the picture was doing weird things. They charged $50 to diagnose it and quote a repair. They said they could fix it for $200-$50 I paid for diagnostics so $150 more. No problem. They called me said it was fixed. I picked it up. Asked if I could plug it in to make sure it works and found that the screen was cracked and picture was worse than before. Guy told me that the big tv’s are easy to drop and to call back when manager was there. Called back and the guy told me it would be several hundred dollars more to fix the new problem and that I’d be better off buying a new one. They refused to fix what they broke unless I paid for it. They kept the tv and my $50. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost.

They won't open my TV up to plug in two ribbon cables. I don't know if they do anything

These guys fixed my Sony Flat Screen TV in 2009 when it died 1 month out of the manufactures warranty. It is still working great today, 11 years later in 2020! Will bring my TV's back to this place whenever I have issues.
