I lived here for 5 years and lived in every floor. Let’s me start with the positives, cheap for the space and somewhat good layout. The utilities you have to worry about its energy, gas, and Xfinity only. You have a lot of stores and food close by. Now for the negatives and there is a lot of them. In a quick summary, this place can be described by the “landlord special” meme for everything. If you still move in, then I recommend investing in air purifier, bug spray and dehumidifier. Now for regular summary, parking is awful because they don’t have lines painted. So everyone parks how ever they want. The apartments are starting to really show their age. “Renovated” just means a somewhat updated bathroom. If you have a problem, they will come and “take care of it” (aka they will do the bare minimum). If your problem needs follow ups, good luck hearing back from them. If something needs replacement, they will do everything in their power not to do it. Don’t expect the apartment to be clean or smoke free when you move in. The AC aren’t able to keep up, you will always have issues with keeping temperatures or keeping humidity below 60% or both. Also some AC units are older than me so that why they aren’t able to keep up. The apartment have carpets but the floors below it have a lot of uneven spots and noisy. The staff is a hit or miss, you will have the most friendly people ever or the most stuck up people ever. They are also hit or miss on helping you too. If you like a quiet place, this isn’t a place for you. They give you a small storage room but good luck finding it clean. I found dead mice, mice droppings and even a piss bottle. If you ever get a chance to see the inside of the maintenance room, you are in for a treat (from mold to hundreds of dead bugs to uneaten food). Also the towing company that they use are animal of opportunity. Your complaint will go unheard for most of the time even if you have a valid reason and proof. Compare to other apartment companies near by, hendersen Webb should be your third choice.
