  Went over today and spoke with Brandi. We worked out a personal loan within a couple hours; never seen anything happen so fast. Brandi is great and the branch is also great, never had a bad experience.

  I have been a member for roughly two years. I have NEVER EVER had a bad experience. Everyone at the branch has been so sweet and friendly love the girls at the front desk 💖 Brandi however is my loan officer and I have bought two cars throughout the process and every time she has guided and helped me through the way. I loveeeee working with her. Everytime I come in I’m laughing with her as we conduct business. Throughout both car buying processes I have blown her emails up with questions, cars, etc and everytime I have gotten an extremely quick answer and she’s on it! Very knowledgeable and super helpful throughout the process. Honestly I don’t think I’ll switch to someone else due to her and how she conducts business. She’s like a mama bear!! I’m very pleased with everything! 💖💖💖 love you Brandi thank you so so much for having my back!!!

  Brandi helped me to refinance my auto loan and she answered a lot of my questions and addressed many of the concerns I had as well! We had a great conversation and I’m so glad that she was able to help me!

  I have been a Cinfed member for over 30 years and my interactions with ALL the staff have been good!! They are very personable and friendly! In a recent visit, with my daughter, to the Glenway Branch, we had the need of assistance at the change counter, my daughter thought a ring had slipped off into the machine. I asked Peyton, who is ALWAYS friendly... she assisted us digging through every possible thing... she felt bad that she couldn't find it, she went and asked her coworker, TaQwanta, also extremely friendly, to join the hunt. TaQwanta also ripped that machine apart. After about an hour, they asked one more person, Hope, who also came and tried to find the missing ring... after an hour and a half... no luck, they were going to pull the bags that were full, after work to look. My daughter found the ring, we called them and told them... they were relieved for her. The customer service, at the Glenway Branch, is excellent! Not just this interaction, but many times before too. Again, huge shout out to Peyton, TaQwanta and Hope!!
