  I visited the Cinfed branch in Roselawn on April 5, 2025, seeking pre-approval for a same-day auto loan to begin the car-buying process promptly. Having not gone through the auto loan process in nearly four years, I was understandably anxious and had many questions and concerns. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by DeMarco Baker. After I shared my needs and the approximate amount I intended to put down, DeMarco immediately began assisting me. He patiently walked me through every aspect of the process, including annual percentage rates, loan terms, and the differences between depreciation protection and gap insurance. DeMarco’s professionalism, attentiveness, and outstanding customer service made a potentially stressful experience both smooth and informative. Thanks to his thorough guidance, my subsequent visits to dealerships were virtually hassle-free. His dedication and support throughout the process played a significant role in helping me secure a new vehicle. It’s experiences like this that make me proud to have been a Cinfed member for over a decade.
