- SJss JohnOct 14, 20245.0My Sister and I had to take our 11 year old Dog, Champ, to be put down. He lost his ability to walk, let alone stand, in a matter of a few days. It was just his time. The staff treated us with respect and were great about relaying information from his initial screening. They let us know every option available to move forward. They could have tried just getting more money out of us for treatment options, but also informed us that if we chose that path, there was no guarantee of a good outcome and that it would cause unnecessary stress and pain for our boy Champ. They let us live on him and be there with him when they put him down. That was very important to us, that he wasn't alone in the end and they helped make that possible. I'm grateful for their high level of care and honesty. They made sure he was comfortable and pain-free before he drifted off peacefully.
