We have lived here for 6 years and we had a good experience with the recent Manager (Bob). He’s been nice and helpful with us and also to the other tenants. The building and parking lot are well-kept. He makes sure to accommodate all the needs of the tenants. The building is secured.

I have lived here for 4 years, and I love this building and building management. It’s gone from a not so nice building to a great family and kid friendly building. Since Linda has taken over as residential building manager the building quality, and enviournment has improved dramatically.

The landlord doesn't bother with updates and the building smells of marijuana all the time

Nice place in Acton. A buddy of mine lives there and says the landlord is awesome
