All the workers at Chuck's were helpful. They did a great job installing a trailer brake system on my vehicle. I purchased a trailer, they went over everything with me. I could not be more happy with the trailer and service. I live in Medina, Chuck's is known as the place to go for trailers and service.

I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with this seller. The trailer was listed for $10,975. I offered $8,000 cash, and Jonathan replied “Let’s talk” and sent me his phone number, which made me believe we could negotiate. I asked for the address, drove 40 minutes to get there, spent about 30 minutes checking the trailer and talking, and then had to drive back. In total, I wasted almost 1.5 hours of my time.
When I arrived, Jonathan was not there. I asked the person at the counter where he was, and he said Jonathan is the owner of this place. That person gave me a handwritten quote for $10,575, and with tax the total price came to $11,288. Jonathan never responded to my messages while I was there.
Only 10 minutes after I had already left, Jonathan finally replied and said: “We don’t make that much profit.” If that’s the case, why not say this from the beginning instead of wasting my time, gas, and effort?
The way they handled this situation was very unprofessional and misleading.
