  5 star x 2.i just want to say thank you to the employees at chucks boots. I had an issue with boots i bought 4 months ago and no hassle helped me find a boot that would fit my needs better and swapped me out thank you so much.... you rock

  I used to love this store. Their customer service is no longer what is used to be. I went to buy my husband a cowboy hat for his birthday. The one I liked was on display and had a scuff on the felt. I asked the salesman if they had a box fresh hat that I could get instead of the one on display. He said “No, the one you take home is the one on display. We will then get out a box fresh one to put in its place.” He said he would clean up the dust covered hat for me if I decided to buy it. However, as it was only a $200 hat, I was not allowed to have a box fresh one… I left without a hat and just bought directly from Stetson.
