  Chuck is a very nice person! I've only dealt with him over the phone so far. The store facility is clean, secure, and fair priced. I will DEFINITELY be recommending this place to others!

  Every thing about this place is great. The gate is easy access, the unit is the right size and I love the price of my unit. Everywhere else is so expensive and that’s why I chose this place to rent from. The owners have ALWAYS been super kind to me and they get back to you right away. I will continue using this place for as long as I need a unit and highly recommend them to everyone.

  I’ve had a unit at Chuck It In’s new O’Fallon location since they opened. Very clean. Plenty of driving space. I’ve been in and out with a trailer several times. Recently had a lock malfunction of my own. Chuck, the owner, showed up with tools in hand to help me out. He was there in 30 minutes and got me in. Incredibly nice guy. Nick, the manager, has also been a breeze to work with. 10/10 recommend these guys.
