I have been looking for a less expensive auto and renter's insurance for a while now. Today I spoke with an agent that was able to help me get both. Miss Ruth was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, yet very professional. She was an absolute joy. She made the transition from Progressive to Allstate very easy and simple. She helped me every step of the way. Christie explained everything very well on my policy. She made sure I was covered for house and car not trying to low ball the offer so she could write my policy. She was able to beat my Allstate policy with more coverage. Happy to have an agent that is very engaged with her clients.

Over the last 3 years our business has had four to five different insurance companies. During this time I never personally met any of the people working for those insurance companies and they never supported our business. Which they're not supposed to but it would feel good if they did. Christie and her Team (Ruthanne, Jessica) and even their families have went to our locations more than once and have volunteered with and for our non-profit business without even us getting our insurance from them...without is even asking them to.
These past couple of months we did the switch to completely change over all of our insurances that we need with Christie's company. And even though I know I was hard to deal with and caused multiple headaches they walked me through the process to make sure i properly change them all over to their insurance with additional coverages that I needed that I wasn't covered with before to assure we were fully protected and it even came out cheaper!!! ππ½( which they were able to uncover because they came to our business and know exactly what we do). You're not going to meet a better insurance company. You're not going to meet a better person or team that just not cares about you and your family and your business and your property but also cares about the community and to me that's what means more than everything and you get all of it with Christie and her team her family,ππ½...whichnwe are proudly part of now β€οΈ
