  Great company. So happy we found them. They fixed our two hvac systems and saved us thousands, while black hills heating and air told us we needed to buy new hvac system. . I will be working with them in the future. I booked with them two times. 1 time they canceled due to being in a head on car crash. I am so happy I rescheduled with them a second time and got this done! If I coukd give ten stars I would!!

  They rescheduled my appointment, appointment confirmed, and then nobody showed though I received texts saying the technician was on his way. So, I called multiple times, talked to their phone service multiple times who said they would have them call me back. No phone calls back! So, I ended up booking 2 more appointments, appointments confirmed, technician on his way, again NO SHOW!!! No calls either! Is this company a scam? Is this company still in business???

  I would use them again, having to be here so late at night from a failed scheduling. They honored there word, were very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciate more than I can say.

  Repair work ordered by Property Man. for rental property, so have no info on quality of repairs. However, getting an invoice to pay was difficult. For months both Property Man. & I tried to get invoice. Front desk wouldn't take payment, and wouldn't transfer call to billing office. Finally received invoice which included a previously undisclosed charge of approx. $89. I would be cautious regarding their business practices. Business response in inaccurate. Both Property manager and I called business on numerous occasions. All needed Property Manager contact information was on the original written quote). Either there was no answer, or when answered, the front desk could not help. (Property Manager even actually drove to business address to try to contact them). There is no excuse for their multiple delays, and also no excuse for adding undisclosed fees to final bill. So in addition to my original concerns, any potential customer should consider this business 's lack of honesty in addressing the problems.
