  Only one other couple was in the store when we arrived, yet we weren’t greeted at all. I went to the back of the store and asked to try on the pink Hot Chicks I’d been eyeing online for weeks. When trying them on the saleswoman stayed across the store on her phone. Disappointing experience. We left without buying them solely due to customer service.

  Rarely do I leave reviews but I was so impressed by the customer service I was provided that I had to. I went in on a Sunday afternoon in search of a last minute shoe to match an outfit. Jazeel was beyond helpful and helped me pinpoint the perfect match. He even cared to follow up with me via text and make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Thank you!!

  My husband went in and bought me a beautiful handbag for Christmas. Then they just put the handbag in a bag and handed it to him. He asked how he was to wrap it that way and the lady said go get the box it came in. They gave him a DIRTY busted up white box. As if he bought the handbag in a back alley! How embarrassing. He spent a lot of money on this gift. EVERY other store boxes their handbags. I want to return the handbag because of the way he was treated. And go somewhere else!!!

  I felt uncomfortable when I was shopping because of the acts that I seen between two coworkers. One was a tall blond and the dark haired guy in glasses behind the register.
