  Adrian, and Maryssa were wonderful. My husband and I went into the store to look around the selection was wonderful. The atmosphere was superior to other stores in the mall. We greatly appreciate these women for the hospitality, professionalism, and knowledge of product. Thank you ladies we will be back.

  I have never walked into a Christian Louboutin store and been completely unacknowledged by staff. My husband and I were both totally ignored and both employees were preoccupied with their phones. We ended up going to another store and making a purchase. Very disappointed.

  The bad reviews others have left, are legit. The workers have a “holier than thou” attitude. I tried on a few pair, decided to purchase, until the lady gave me a five minute talk, insinuating this is the first pair I have ever purchased. I guess because I look like an average person, I was not deemed worthy enough to roll out the friendly customer service. How she presented herself; no wonder the store looks dead. So I walked across to Dior. There are bigger dept stores that price CL shoes cheaper and the customer service is on point. Why pay 60 dollars more for a bad attitude and the same shoes?

  Unbelievably rude! No customer service! I went inside with my husband, looked around and found 2 pairs of shoes that I really liked and wanted to try on. No one offered to help us nor asked us any questions although I was holding in my hand one pair of shoes. I guess I’ll buy my next pair at Nordstrom again…
