  Not an experience I’d like to remember. The sales person who helped me was amazing, but they had to ship one of the pairs of shoes to me. Promised next day, didn’t come for two days The shoes didn’t fit so had to return The return process is not smooth at all. It’s been 10 days and I have yet to receive my credit. Not sure why such a simple procedure would take so long. I’ll be ordering from Neiman Marcus in the future

  The customer service is terrible. My sales associate hardly made eye contact, very inattentive. She told me the shoe was available to order and I’m waiting for 30 minutes, comes to find out the shoe was not available. She was arranging the shoes on display and I was the only person in the store. I was going to buy more shoes but was turned off by her poor customer service.

  Beautiful store, people who work there create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It's a nice contrast to many other stores on Rodeo.
