  I've had nothing but good experiences with the team here. I had an issue with an online order and Wendell resolved it quickly and was so incredibly helpful and kind throughout.

  Absolutely worst experience EVER. I bought a pair of Louboutins for my wedding, and the representative offered to have them signed (for no added cost), which of course I said yes. Imagine my disappointment when my shoes arrive and they wrote THE WRONG NAME. (Originally signed to Frank, but my fiancé’s name is Kyle) These were $1300 shoes that I was going to wear and photograph, for my wedding- absolutely ruined and unwearable! To make matters worse, the manager, Chrissy Jackson, told me she found the last pair in the company and was sending them to Paris to have them resigned, I just needed to send my ruined pair back. I then found that this was a lie- as someone tried to rub the wrong name out, and paint over them with the correct name on the old pair of shoes. These shoes are now even worse, and look like a toddler scribbled on them. Christian Louboutin should be nothing short of EMBARRASSED of how his customers are being treated. These are expensive designer shoes- not cheap knockoffs, and to send a customer this and hope they wouldn’t notice is absolutely unacceptable. Not only am I disgusted by this service, but now SOL for wedding shoes which is in 30days.
