  I was disappointed with the service I went in asking to see tote bags. The guy who asked me was rude and the lady as well that laughed and rolled her eyes. When I asked to see if they had a specific tote bags & size. They didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to buy online. I went ahead & shopped at Neiman Marcus for the bag, where there was much better service !

  Great service! Anthony always comes through for me!! Nice guy, super helpful and is great with communication. He texts me and keeps in contact to make sure I get what I want and coordinates everything to make it a smooth simple transaction. Thanks for finding those shoes for my daughter's Bday!! I'm sure I'll see ya soon.
