  I came in to get a pair for my wedding day and did not see exactly what I wanted on display. Luckily Ozzy showed me a pair from the back which was out of stock, but he was able to order it for me! The service and communication about my order was super helpful and smooth. Now I have a pair that I wouldnt have seen if it was for Ozzy!

  Had absolutely horrible experience here today. It was my finances dream to wear Christian Louboutin in our wedding, but the sales womans attitude completely ruined our experience and we probably won't ever come back again. She treated us like beggars, completely ignored us when we walked in. When another richer looking couple walked in, she greeted them right away. When we asked for shoe sizes to try, she just looked annoyed. And when she would hand shoes to us, she handled it like she doesn't want to touch us, like we are dirty or something. Absolutely demeaning and I hope the store find better customer service than this.

  It’s been a few weeks but thank you so much Lana I was just looking up the store hours and saw a review about her. It made me remember my own amazing experience with her. I’ll be in again soon to add something amazing to my scent wardrobe.

  Lana made my day off so special with the attention and care she showed me and my children. We picked out 2 beautiful items and got not only a treat but a lot of warm memories. Thank you so much Lana for helping me and my son with the fragrances and makeup! If only all sales people felt like friends ❤️

  Ozzy at the Christian Louboutin boutique in Holt Renfrew Vancouver is truly exceptional. I was searching everywhere for the Miss Z pumps as a Valentine’s gift for my partner, and he miraculously tracked down the last pair in her size. He helped me plan a surprise reveal in-store, complete with beautiful wrapping and a handwritten card. Ozzy also helped my partner’s best friend find the same pair for their graduation, so they could have matching shoes for a special moment. On another visit, he helped me pick up a pair of Greggos, personally walked us to a shoemaker for Vibram soles, and even offered to pick them up after. When I casually mentioned a broken lace on an older pair, he immediately offered to help. Ozzy consistently goes above and beyond, and because of him, we’ll be returning for our wedding shoes. Outstanding service from start to finish—he’s a true gem and a perfect representation of the Louboutin brand.
