🚨 WARNING: DO NOT SHOP HERE! 🚨
I placed an order with their Desert Hills Outlet in Cabazon, CA, through their store advisor Xeromy Irani (@loubi_boy) after months of communication. My order was confirmed, and I was awaiting the final payment link. However, without any explanation, he suddenly stopped responding, ignored my messages, and later blocked me on Instagram—AFTER having access to my personal home address!
When I called the store, I was given the runaround—staff claimed different policies, refused to escalate my complaint, and ultimately took no responsibility. I was told that store manager Christopher Delphia would not handle complaints directly, and I was dismissed with a generic customer service number.
After I formally reported this to Christian Louboutin’s customer service, they simply sent an empty apology with NO real resolution. No action, no investigation, and no accountability.
This brand has made it clear they do not care about their customers. They allow employees to mislead customers, mishandle private information, and provide horrible service without consequences.
A luxury brand should respect its customers, not ignore complaints and protect bad employees. If you value professionalism, honesty, and customer service, take your business elsewhere.
