  I visited this store a few weeks ago, and the sales representatives were very polite and patient. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my shoe size in stock, but they kindly offered to order the shoes online. A few days later, I found out the shoes were not available, which was a big disappointment. Overall, though, the staff were professional and courteous, and if the shoes become available again, I would be more than happy to shop here!

  Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I came into the store already prepared to make purchases. I wanted to try on each shoe that peaked my interest. The floor girl said “is there something you’re looking for bc you’re keep picking things up” I wanted to browse but clearly this girl did not want me there. W CL shoes dept on the cut, height, and materials sizing is not consistent. Of course she was NOT happy about that. I asked her for a specific sz in one of the shoe and she didn’t even care to tell me they didn’t have it in the store. She just looked so annoyed I was making her work. She kept saying “we don’t have the sz but we can order for you” umm the whole purpose of me coming into the store was so that I don’t have to order on line. I needed work shoes I walked out w 2 pairs. But I will never be coming into this location again. What a terrible experience. Spend $1800 only so I could feel like an inconvenience to these people.

  Didn’t have anything in my size. So I wasn’t there for very long. But the sales associate was nice.

  I visited the Christian Louboutin store at CityCenterDC during the Christmas season, and it was such a wonderful experience! The store was beautifully decorated, and the festive energy in the air made it even more special. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful! No pressure, just great service. I ended up leaving excited and smiling with a perfect gift for myself! There’s nothing like treating yourself, especially in such a luxe and elegant space.
