  Went in for an exchange. They didnt have the size in the shoe I was buying and would have to order it, fine no big deal. Was told I had to pay to order the new ones and I'd get my money back from the original, fine as well no big deal. They put the card reader up and saw the price and tapped my credit card. This was where the problem started. What I was not told was that was for the return not the new purchase. I had bought the original pair with my debit card(effectively cash) and absolutely did not want it going to my credit card. Wasn't told this until as I'm about to leave he tells me I'll receive an email to pay for the new ones. He in more polite terms said tough luck you should of known that. No offer to make it right after not at all explaining anything beyond we would do a refund and new purchase. Didn't bother explaining anything until after it was done now if I wanted to concert that back to cash in an account (which I very much do) I have to do it as a cash advance on the credit card. Very disappointing and lackadasical service considering the prices and brand reputation
