I want to warn others: after multiple years with them, everything seems fine until it comes to taking accountability and solving problems. They failed to double-check my policy, leaving me paying for coverage that did not match my needs. When I brought this to their attention, there was no formal apology or effort to correct the mistake.
Instead, Becky was rude and dismissive, and the office staff simply pawned off my incorrect policy to my new agent rather than fixing the issue. I relied on their expertise, but this experience shows they will avoid responsibility rather than ensuring their clients are properly covered.
If you care about your family’s protection, move your business elsewhere to another agent. They failed to double-check my policy, were rude about it, and pawned the problem off instead of fixing it.
PS: New agent saved me more money as well!

Korry and others at the office were very helpful and professional as we reviewed all of my policies. We refined my coverage to reduce my risk exposure and eliminate unnecessary options. I've received service from other State Farm Agencies in the area, and this office is definitely the BEST! I love seeing and supporting an all women-led and run office. Korryna was very careful and detailed when explaining life insurance policies for me and my family. She was very transparent in explaining the value of having/staring a Life Policy at a young age. The team is very friendly and approachable with any concerns that you may have, leave you alone to take time to decide what is the best fit for you, and help you activate policies when you're ready.
