  If you are looking for a realtor in the St. Augustine/Jacksonville area, we highly recommend Ted Henderson. Ted and the entire Florida Coastal Team could not have made the process of purchasing our condo any more seamless, especially for us being located from out of state. We met Ted and his wife several years ago in Key West and kept in touch. Knowing we were interested in purchasing a beach property, Ted gave us all the local knowledge and expertise from our search through closing. He and his team were extremely responsive and went above and beyond every step of the way getting a short sale closed in just 30 days! Definitely call Ted if you’re looking for realtor that has your best interest in mind.

  We called Chris Snow of the Florida Coastal Team and was impressed that he immediately answered our call. We then talked for over an hour on the phone and we were convinced he was the right agent. We met him and Ross Menendez at our house and we were even more impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of the local real estate market conditions. They emphasized the importance of communication and keeping us informed so there isn't any surprises which they actually did throughout the process of selling our home. Whenever we reached out to either Chris or Ross via voice/text, they got back to us immediately or within an hour. Some people like a realtor who just agrees with whatever you want. Thankfully, instead, Chris and Ross were straightforward with their spot-on periodic market analysis which provided us with the hard facts to make an informed decision even when it was unpleasant (lowering our asking price due to the market conditions). Of course, the best thing about Chris and Ross was that our house was sold even though we had temporarily taken it off the market for a few weeks until the market conditions improved. The closing was a breeze and went off without a hitch. If you want a realtor who will make selling your home as easy as possible, you cannot do better than using the Florida Coastal team. They will make you feel like you are part of their family and will treat you with respect.
