  I can honestly say I did not choose Carrie, my daughter assisted me in listing my late father’s house. My dad’s house was in probate and the entire process for me was overwhelming. Carrie was the best realtor I could have ever hoped for. She was the perfect balance of professional meets a good friend. A friend I needed who was able to manage my ups and downs and some possible meltdowns due to the title company and the legal side of things. I can honestly say Carrie is right where she belongs. Selling a house and buying a house are equally stressful in there own ways. My daughter along with her fiancée who helped me find Carrie, purchased a home the same time I was selling my dad’s and Carrie was their realtor also. I have no doubt Carrie had several other clients at that time but you would have never known. Carrie made me feel like I was her only client and available for me whenever I needed help or had questions. If she couldn’t answer my question immediately she had my answer in no time. I would recommend Carrie to anyone who is in need of buying or selling. You will be in good hands!

  Carrie is truly one of a kind! She helped my fiancé and me buy our very first home, and the entire process was unbelievably smooth and stress-free. But where she really went above and beyond was when she helped my mother and me sell my late grandparents’ home. That process came with its fair share of challenges — especially with the title company — but Carrie was a total powerhouse. She handled every obstacle with professionalism, grace, and determination.
