Angelica assisted me cancel my car insurance policy. There are 3 things she did that made her 'shine' like a star. Her entire demeanor was inviting and reflected she wanted to assist me. [I am assigned to Calvin Lee's team and Angelica let me know she would be happy to assist me; Mr. Lee was out of office.] Second, she reviewed the process of cancellation and that included the timing of the cancellation. These details were important because the transfer of ownership was to happen after State Farm office was closed; we both wanted to 'cover' the car if the new buyer was delayed. As a result, we retained coverage until the next morning. Third, she told me she would re-contact me [today] to confirm that the sale went through as planned. She followed through....ALL of what she did were solid comforts to me. She is a solid steward for State Farm!
