Worst service I've faced. We canceled our policy back on 5/8/2025, as of now we haven't gotten our premium back. I have been called 5 times. They are saying they have an internal issue. I do' know what type of issues they have. I have mg dealing with Maggie and Sydney. Worst service. I did my 2 home insurance with a different State Farm agent. Not going back to them anymore.
