Chris Dorris and his entire team at State Farm have been phenomenal to us over the years. We’ve never had a single issue with a claim, and whenever we’ve needed help, they’ve always been there. From Joniqua, who set up our policies 15 years ago, to Kathy, who patiently answers our toughest questions, to Tammy, who just helped us recover a lost appraisal today—every interaction has been outstanding.
As for cost, years ago I had a friend shop all our policies on the independent market. No company could come close to matching State Farm’s coverage at anywhere near their price point. Once I learned that, and knowing how well we have always been taken care of, I knew we’d never need to leave Chris and his team.
