  If I could give them 0 stars I would. I contracted the above referenced pool company to repair my cracked tile and plaster on my pool. The price from this mom and pop shop was competitive with other pool companies. But the selling point was what they based their success on and that was service. The service was awful, apparently they mostly clean pools. The knowledge of pool construction was very limited to say the least. Here are a few of the things that I experienced. First of all the pool plaster was delivered when the contractor was not there to receive it. The delivery company buried their forklift in my neighbors perfect lawn. The pool company put down a bag of dirt and 8 pieces of sod to repair the damage. My neighbor was very upset at the result due to the lack of material and effort. I had to get my boyfriend to repair the damage with 25 bags of topsoil and a half a pallet of sod. Because the pool company does not know construction, they failed to cover my beautiful deck around the pool before their subcontractor plastered and tiled the pool. The owner then decided she could clean the deck with a pressure washer to remove the debris that were left from not covering it. Again not have pressure washing knowledge she blew the paint off of the deck in several places. I had leftover paint from the deck from before. The owner of the pool company requested the paint and began spot treating the entire deck. After she was finished it looked like a giraffe pattern. It looked awful, so I told her I would buy new paint for the entire deck to help her out with this issue. Her response was "I m not a painter"! and refused to fix it. I had bought a battery operated pool cleaner for when my pool was complete. I went out of town for a week and the owner took it on herself to use my new pool vacuum to help her clean the pool. The owner broke a wheel off of the cleaner and quit returning texts and calls when she claimed she would fix it. The pool area was nasty because the pool company did not clean up after the subs and the flower beds were full of cigarette butts. I am so disappointed and I hope this is helpful to you while you make your decision on which pool company to hire.

  I would absolutely NOT recommend! I was/am looking for someone to service/maintain my mother’s pool since my stepfather recently passed and he maintained it. I spoke with them on Wednesday, provided the information and address, told they would be out that day, they did not come out. Contacted again the next day, then told they could not come out until the following Wednesday. Let them know I was in need of service sooner rather than later due to the situation and lack of attention on the pool. Was told they would be out that Saturday. I provided all requested information, including photos of the pool/equipment and personall information for billing. Saturday came and went, no one came out. Contacted them after the weekend, told they would be out that day again and that they would even send photos once there. Again, no one showed. Contacted them the next to inform them I would not be using their service. HORRIBLE communication and follow up!

  Started out great. Even paid for them to do a few extra services on my Pool. Sadly, over that last couple of weeks, Clara has not made our weekly scheduled time and has even started lying about sending Chris in her place. I was also told during my consultation, that the price included weekly cleaning of the filter cartridges... this has also not been happening as frequently as promised. Very disappointed with the service, and neither Clara or Chris seem interested in discussing it with me.

  They are a great honest company, you won't find anyone like Clara n Chris they are amazing at what they do. Unlike most companies they take pride in their work and it shows. From cleaning to repairs u found the best. Also they have the best prices in town.
