This State Farm sales office is really wonderful. They are easy to reach, friendly, responsive, every team member seems to know who you are, and their systems are on point so they can turn things around quickly and competently. Note: The sales office is different from the State Farm Insurance corporate experience. So if you have done your research and State Farm is the company you want to write your insurance, then this sales office is the best I have ever dealt with.

I clicked on an internet ad for my yearly checkup on insurance rates for seniors, using car for pleasure. I was immediately flooded with offfers too good to be true—$39 p/m —not that dumb.But I got a real person, Kelsey..from a reputable company…State Farm!!

I spoke to 3 different agents from 3 different Insurance companies to compare rates. Each call was tedious, long (1 to 1.5 hours to go over everything) and the rates were ok. Then I got Shani from State Farm Chris Bryson's office. She was upbeat, super informed, within 10 min she understood what I wanted and the details of what I needed. She sent me a quote by email 10 min later (didn't have me wait for her). Her quote beat everyone by a mile and now I have a personal agent that welcomes me and wants to be of service.
