- LBLily BettenJul 31, 20251.0I visited this location today and was appalled by the conditions in which the small animals—specifically the rats, bunnies, and guinea pigs—were being kept. Their enclosures were visibly filthy, with feces covering much of the space, suggesting they hadn’t been cleaned in several days. The animals were confined in very small spaces with multiple other animals in the same cage, and instead of proper habitat enrichment, there were cardboard boxes inside their enclosures. This level of neglect is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about the facility’s commitment to animal care and hygiene. I hope this matter is addressed promptly to ensure the health and well-being of these animals
