- SBSharon BirkholtzSep 14, 20255.0Took our long haired Shepard used their dog was station , is great !They supply towels,different choice in combs and brushes . Different types shampoos and conditioners, hair dryer, bibs and dog treats. No time limit . Lucy there was very nice we will be back!
- RKRemi KuoJun 24, 20252.0I've never been to a store that had an issue with me bringing in a small stroller with my calm dog in it, let alone a pet store that sells strollers. There is so much space in the store, and there were no other customers besides the ones that run in for 5 mins and then leave. But my stroller, 3x smaller than a shopping cart, is an issue. I wouldn't have said anything if my stroller wasn't an issue but I'll just go ahead. Zero customer service, the employees seem to just hate their jobs and aren't friendly. Some of the chews were moldy from the humidity. I'll give my business to Pet Supplies Plus, where the employees are friendly, like my dog, give her treats, AND don't have an issue with her stroller! The restrooms were nice, I'll give you a star for that.

My cat Sunday is super particular about his litterbox and the products he uses. He loves to go to the pet store with me to pick out new toys and to see the birds 🐦 We've had excellent luck with this location where the aisles are very well stocked with many different options. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store cat is also very friendly and often found sleeping with the kittens or between the puppy kibble at the back of the store. The animals for adoption are always well kept with lots of enrichment in their enclosures and tended frequently by staff. I love the selection of baked goods for the puppies, the treats options for kittens and senior cats, as well as the healthy goat milk options. All in all, we love our local chowhound and the staff that breathes life into pet retail. We've been regular customers for about 2 years now and I see us continuing to come back again and again.
