I recently used their self wash station as well for my puppy and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of supplies provided and how clean the stations were. I’d highly recommend coming here for pet related needs :)
- RKRusmir KasumovicJun 1, 20251.0As a Deaf individual with a hearing dog, I was really disappointed with my experience at the Chow Hound dog wash station. After my dog got muddy at the nearby dog park, we came here and were told to wait until the station was cleaned. We patiently waited for 40 minutes, walking around the aisles to pass time, but when it was finally supposed to be our turn, another customer went in ahead of us — even though we had been waiting and clearly told it would be our turn. There was no clear communication, and the staff didn’t follow up or manage the line. Customer service was poor, and the experience left me feeling ignored and frustrated. I expected better from a place that serves a public space like this.
- DRDave RinveltMay 13, 20251.02 weeks ago I went to this place with my daughter to give our 4.5 month old great dane a bath and we're told we were to late and had to be there before 8pm. Tonight we tried the same thing. Arrived at 7:50 and were told we needed to be there at 7 or 7:30 from the employee, and I said I thought it was before 8. She said "no its more like 7" I told her so she remembers who it was i told her "this is why places like this go out of buisiness" We can buy the overpriced toys on Amazon for a 1/4 of the price and continue to take the dog to the groomer. Sadly customer service is not something Chow Hound cares about. Let's not forget our pets are just like the rest of the family and most of us spend money. AMAZON wins again!
