  First and foremost this company has my upmost respect when it comes to consumers choice. Ken and his team at chosen went above and beyond and finished within a timely manner. Kens friendly smile and demeanor made it easy for me to make this my main Go to plumber. Locally and Aloha driven with passion. If you want quality work and service,see these guys .... My shut off valve was leaking and was just a headache for me to fix. Ken came at his earliest convenience and made it like it never happened. Also a very good person who was in and out.   I scheduled to have laundry sink and fixture installed. Ken came by and did a great job. Everything was perfectly installed, no leaks. He also adjusted my sink so that the water would flow freely. In speaking with him I schedule another project with him. This would be an outside drain that collected water and overflow whenever it rained. He cleaned it out and now it flows without getting clogged. Ken is professional, honest and a man with integrity. Takes time to explain to my understanding. "Chosen" is now my go to plumbing company.

  We were not getting hot water, so we changed the water heater. Turns out it wasn't the heater, instead there was a hidden leak somewhere. The electric and water bills quadrupled. No hot showers and washing dishes became a nightmare. With Chosen Plumbing, the leak was located In one day. The leak was located in a storage closet next to the house foundation. Ken said we would have a hot shower that night and he made it happen!! Truly amazing work and the price was far more than fair, it was great. We will never use another plumbing service.
