  I will never go back. Took an hour to pick up 2 pieces of 8” steel plates. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Overpriced and rude!!!!

  Trash company, took at least 4 hours just to deliver. Average american company, 10 managers, 1 worker.

  Despite what looks like a bunch of old 1 star reviews, my experience with Choice was outstanding. An emailed request was replied to with a quote in MINUTES. My sales rep Alli was very very helpful and friendly, and we have moved our company steel orders to Choice going forward. Pickup could have been quicker - but Fridays are always busy with people picking up for weekend projects. Highly recommended. Their Forklift crew's skills have to be seen to be believed !

  THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. Customer service does NOT exist. It’s as if they try to be rude. I showed up at 5:01p and they wouldn’t let me pay/pick up 2 pieces of 10’ L-Iron. They actually closed their gate before 5pm. UNBELIEVABLE. . One star is too many. Absolutely TERRIBLE. DON’T GO HERE.
