  These ladies are the best. Truly grateful for their expertise. Every step of my move -in and out process was easy. They demonstrate fairness , integrity and a level of customer service that I have been missing since relocating from Florida. Thanks ladies! Ps. Stay off Taylor, it’s not safe. No Shawn drama .

  Excellent landlords! Never had a problem they always responded the same day! They even worked with me once when I was late with rent. Would recommend them to everyone.

  Truly the most wonderful people! Terri and Becky were the best people to work with! I rented a property for about 2 years through Choice One and they made the experience the best I could ask for. Super sweet people, super quick to respond, and were very instant to be on top of things! I knew if a problem arouse with the house, I could always count on them to get maintenance ASAP! Even outside of being in the rental, they've still been helping me! I accidently left behind items, and some very delayed mail, and they've forwarded them to my new place! I couldn't be more grateful for them, and I couldn't reccomend Choice One more! If I were to move back into the area, I'd go through them, 100%.
