  I really wanted to love this place. The store was clean, customer service was good and the cookies looked delicious. If only they tasted as good as they looked. We ordered 3 cookies. It was the middle of the day. All 3 cookies were very dry. I’ve never been so disappointed in a cookie. Chip City has potential. I hope they’re able to get it together.

  Unimpressed. I tried the banana cream pie, stories and brownie galaxy cookie. The banana cream pie one was the best and that’s that it was still a 6/10 cookie. The others were like a 5/10. I will say the shop is very cute! But the cookies are not worth the price. I might go back but I doubt it will be soon. It’s a little sad since I was trying not to go mainstream with picking a cookie shop to go to and I found this one but unfortunately it was disappointing.

  Great cookies!! Shout out to Larry working the counter- really took the time to go thru my options. That kid is a great team member.
