  Hal was very kind in explaining everything in simple terms and did so with a positive attitude! He came to my house and jumped right into the work while showing me what he was doing and looking for. Very helpful when deciding how we want to move forward🙂

  Chimney doctors, they arrived early in their beautiful blue truck, Victor showed up and his co-helpers Danny, they started the work and finished early, they did an impeccable job. It is worth hiring the services of this company and its excellent workers.

  I scheduled an appointment with Chimney Doctors not knowing what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Trace, the service technician, came to our home to inspect our wood-burning stove, which hadn’t been serviced since we moved in five years ago. He explained what needed to be repaired and what could be upgraded, and he took the time to educate us about how each part of the system works. Trace was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the visit. I’ll definitely be calling Chimney Doctors again for future maintenance and repairs.

  Amazing experience with Trace from Chimney Doctors! Trace from Chimney Doctors was absolutely fantastic. He came out for our chimney inspection and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for us to understand. We never felt rushed or confused, and he answered all our questions with patience. We especially appreciated how thorough he was, clearly outlining what work our chimney needed and why. He even went a step further by providing two different options for the estimate, which gave us the flexibility to decide what was best for our home. Trace's professionalism and honest approach were a breath of fresh air. We felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. He truly went above and beyond, and we will absolutely be recommending Trace and Chimney Doctors to anyone who needs chimney or fireplace work. 10/10!

  We recently had our chimney cap get blown off from a windy day. We wanted a replacement cap however they were unable to do so since we didn’t have a brand of fireplace that they work on. It was something about not being able to provide a warranty if parts/brands were mismatched. Best they could do is offer us a whole new fireplace for $15k. It would’ve been nice to know before having them come out. If you have an older fire place make sure it’s a brand that they work on before hiring their services. Peter was very nice, however.
