  We ended up seeing 2 of the Dr.’sand speaking to 2 other on call Dr.’s they were all are excellent, extremely helpful and caring. I know it’s annoying that the Dr.’s aren’t always at the same location but the fact that they are available 24/7 to help with real issues was more important to us.

  I had a heartbreaking experience here. They were unable to see three of my foster kids. I had to drive an hour to get here. If it weren’t for medicaid and this being one of the only options I would not send a child here. They made me feel truly awful and wasted a lot of time. I feel many things could have been done differently in order to avoid this. Management: Please have more empathy and don’t treat people like a number/means to end. Have some humanity please.

  Well this May take a while at first we arrived at 11 AM schedule receptionist lady is horrible. I don’t know how long she’s been doing this but you can tell she’s been doing it for a long time she’s very uncaring. I asked her to turn the TV on because it was showing just a screensaver of a cartoon OK but the lady asked me what is the screen showing and I said it’s showing a cartoon like a screensaver and then she yelled at me and asked me again what is on the TV

  Cannot even get in to see them as I have to keep rescheduling the appointment because you have to jump through so many hoops with doctors and insurance. Never seen this with a doctor before but no one seems to know what they’re doing or why they send over the wrong paperwork for approval 3 different times.

  First off I will say the front desk staff can be a little rude and make you feel rushed... BUT we just got our sons junk "fixed" by Dr. Corbyons and she did a fantastic job. Our 3yr old had fluid on a testicle and needed his circumcision fixed cause it had reattached. Dr. Corbyons nurses were very nice with helping calm my nervous before the surgery day. The day of the procedure everyone at All Childrens was absolutely amazing. All the nurses my son had were all very nice and happy. Dr. Corbyons was very nice and made us feel confident in her doing surgery on our son. We were extremely happy with the whole procedure and everything is healing nicely!
