  We have been a participant with Children Matter for some time now and absolutely love the friendly team! They've consistently been kind, organized and incredibly helpful throughout this process. We are truly fortunate to have found this wonderful facility and all that they stand for! Thank you all for putting Children first always and everything you do for families!

  They have a great well-kept facility, some of their staff is rude while others are friendly. Their reports aren't documented very well, and they take a long time to respond to messages, or calls.

  What a joy it's been to work with Children Matter. The staff is amazing, so kind, and supportive. They helped make a terrible situation more bearable. They always put the children first and ensure they feel safe and seen during their visit. I hope others don't have to deal with situations like this, but if you are court-ordered for supervised visitation, Children Matter is the place to be! 10/10 would recommend!
