- RCRoselore Charles3 days ago1.0I apologize to my daughter Layla for all the suffering she may have endured at this daycare center these past few days, because of me. Dear parents, it would be important to only entrust your child to daycare when they can speak. I know we have to work to pay the bills. But if your child matters to you, think of them. Today, my daughter arrived with an injury on her forehead. And in the daily report, you indicated that she only ate once the entire day. Yet, I kept her home for two days. You sent her back to me and charged me $145. Frankly, I knew my daughter didn't belong there. It was her father who insisted that she go if there are one-year-old children who are happy at this daycare, my daughter was not one of them, and I thank you for that. If my daughter returns to your establishment, you should not accept her, i have not given my consent for her return.

I am thankful for good teachers and administration. My child loves going to school everyday and she loves interacting with all the staff. They treat her as their own and that means a lot .

However, when we returned, the director was exceptional. She consistently prioritizes my child’s well-being and was even present during a medical emergency. The director of this program demonstrates unwavering dedication to the children in her care. All concerns are addressed promptly and with utmost respect. The staff at this daycare is highly competent and supportive. I am deeply grateful that my son has been provided with such a nurturing environment that fosters his growth and development.

The director spends most of the time sitting in the office, mistreating employees and carrying a negative attitude that trickles down through the center. The assistant director is just as bad—unhelpful, lazy, and constantly disrespectful toward staff. Even more concerning: the wellbeing of the children is not a priority. There is a clear lack of accountability, and it shows in how the children are treated and how issues are swept under the rug instead of being addressed. If you care about your child’s safety, happiness, and proper development—look elsewhere.
